In 1999, Jordan (Ace) Weidenhaft started playing paintball at a cheap local speedball field with a couple of High School
buddies. Armed with a stock Spyder Compact and a set of over-used BDU's, he wasn't exactly "High-Speed". To make up for it,
many low-tech solutions had to be found to try to duke it out with the more experienced players.
Even though he now has a quite elaborate equipment setup, Ace remembers the past, and that tactics, adaptation, and energy
win battles, not fancy guns.
Ace is currently involved in the Army National Guard as a Military Intelligence Analyst, and was formerly in the Infantry.
He is also a sergeant on a Security Response Team at an oil refinery.
On the field, Ace usually can be seen organizing his team or leading from the front. Even though he usually travels with
his team to keep things running smoothly, Ace's real thrill is sniping.
Ace teaches sniping to those on his team wishing to learn the role. He also is an instructor at the Oklahoma D-Day Sniper
Course. He also writes sniping articles, like the ones found on this site.
During OK D-Day 2004 and 2005, Ace was the exucutive officer of the Allied Sniper DIvision, and in 2006 he was its commanding
officer.
